“Our goal is to work closely with our customers to create something that not only becomes a stunning centrepiece that will visually wow your guests, but their tastebuds too,” enthuses owner Louise Roach. Adapting her menus to suit each couple’s requirements, Louise can produce a host of dining options including grazing tables laden with local produce (think charcuterie, artisan breads, fresh and dried fruit, olives and pickles), afternoon tea (finger sandwiches, macarons, fruit, cakes, mousse) and lavish platters (savoury tarts, Cornish pasties, open bagels). Whatever your tastebuds fancy, she can come up with a unique menu to match and offers a host of custom-made packages to sate all appetites.

When it comes to cakes, Louise can create everything from dessert tables and vegan cakes to miniature bakes, cupcakes and cakesicles in an assortment of designs and flavours to add the most beautifully sweet endnote to your day.
