This bridal editorial was shot at Bovey Castle. Located in the heart of Dartmoor with enchanting views and acres of land dotted with gardens and lakes, it proved an inspiring location for this styled shoot.
"The key to the shoot was to carry elegance and classic approaches to weddings with a nod to current trends," explains photographer, Emma Barrow. Flourish, the Devon-based floral and styling experts, beautifully decorated the Great Western Room alongside some gorgeous stationery from Anon Design, displaying blush tones throughout. Cake designers Cut Me Off A Slice provided a brilliantly on-trend naked cake, along with various cakes and cupcakes for a showstopping sweet statement.
Hair and makeup also carried the elegant and classic theme, with brushed out curls and makeup provided by Envy Hair, teamed with a hair piece by Flourish to complete the look. Kindly supplied by The Wedding Company in Plympton, the bridal gown - Vania by Pronovias - is a long and sleek design with a fabulous detailed back of lace along with lace detail down the side of the waist and sleeves. The groom was dressed in a sharp tux, also supplied by The Wedding Company. Natalie Watts provided styling for the models, accessorising with simple but fitting jewellery.
The dreamy results can be seen in the gallery below - this look is just the ticket for brides seeking a romantic and timeless aesthetic with a fresh, modern twist. Enjoy.
