The KISS (Keep It Sweet and Simple) package includes day hire starting from less than £1000 for weekdays and £1200 for weekends for elopements or intimate celebrations of up to 40 people. Ceremonies may take place beneath the columned portico or in the panelled entrance hall, which seats up to 38 guests, before drinks, canapés and the formal stately home backdrop for photographs. For those seeking something more laid-back, the secret garden offers a more bohemian, back-to-nature setting for ceremonies where a gazebo and fire circle is hidden within an ancient rhododendron stand.

“This package allows you to achieve the big fancy wedding look without the price tag, then continue your celebrations elsewhere at your favourite party spot, whether that’s your local pub, favourite restaurant or local village hall,” explains owner, Helen Phillips. “If you want to go large for the evening, we have collaborated with our neighbours at The Big Sheep to offer their theme park facilities for a festival style evening party for up to 300 guests.” From Regency romance to boho vibes, this brilliantly versatile venue offers a beautiful setting to live out your wedding dreams.
