Two decades of fabulous florals from the Cornwall-based florist

Enjoying an impressive two decades of professional floristry, George Mackay is renowned for her stunning seasonal blooms that bring character and beauty to weddings across the county.

Embarking upon her botanical career by first making flower sculptures at Falmouth Art College, George then trained in a local flower shop where her love of wedding flowers was ignited. A move to London saw her design flowers for clients including The Ivy, Tate Modern and Chanel, before she moved back to Cornwall to create weekly flowers for Rick Stein’s hotel and restaurants, while also undertaking the floristry for hundreds of weddings.

Working countywide, George specialises in sourcing seasonal blooms from Cornish growers. Continually inspired by collaborating with her clients, she loves discovering the perfect flower combinations for people, tapping into her innate versatility to ensure that no two weddings are ever the same. From planning to installation, her friendly, professional and enthusiastic approach guarantees a seamless service, whether you have a detailed vision or you’re in need of expert guidance to achieve the wedding look of your wildest dreams.
