Rich in history and flooded with natural light, the Grade I listed naval building has retained much of its original character; the cast iron beams, brick walls, vaulted ceilings and wooden floors offer a brilliantly versatile space, perfect for couples keen to stamp their unique sense of style on their celebration.

This styled shoot brings together an eye-catching combination of raw, distressed textures and bold and bright colours, the rich palette offering the perfect contrast to the venue's industrial aesthetic. The exposed brick is enhanced with festoon lighting, vintage chairs bear a worn-like beauty, and wild and uninhibited florals burst with colour. Shades of magenta, turquoise and blue pop against abundant foliage and textures of wood, stone and metallics. The bare light bulbs shine down on tables dressed with bare linens and eucalyptus, while jars of pink and purple florals nestle alongside copper piping candlesticks. Adorned with dainty florals, the bold hues of the stationery, decorated with a blue wash of watercolour, and the cake, its rich texture echoing the aged walls of the building, are the perfect finishing touches.
