Long-sleeved wedding dresses

It might still be the Royal effect courtesy of Megan Markle and Kate Middleton, but long sleeves continue to make waves on the catwalks, with a stunning range of styles appearing in the current bridal collections.

From long lace to sheer sleeves with floral detail and beading, every look is catered for, be it boho, old school glamour, fairytale, vintage or modern designs. Oversized, pointed, three-quarter and elbow length are all coveted styles, with shorter puff and cap sleeves also featuring on the runways - even better with volume for a more romantic, statement-making fashion choice.

Sleeves with cuffs nod to bridalwear designers' penchant for a more tailored look, while bell sleeves smack of boho whimsy. Meanwhile, fabric and detail are used to lend even greater interest, with graphic and floral lace, dotted tulle and elaborate embroidery all adding another eye-catching dimension.
