Choose from a pavilion in the American Garden, tucked away amidst a glade of exotic trees sourced from early voyages to America; the Belvedere, an iconic tower recently restored to allow couples to marry overlooking panoramic views of the estate and estuary; and the Victorian Rose Garden, where the dramatic backdrop of the castle meets the heady scent of the roses. The grandeur of the castle's state rooms provides the perfect contrast to the great outdoors. The State Dining Room is a magnificent setting with its fine oak panelling and large open fire. Licensed for ceremonies of up to 100, it's also a wow-worthy space for a banquet and can host a band, DJ or harpist on the minstrels' gallery above. The Libraries offer the perfect backdrop for a ceremony or reception bathed in the natural light with picturesque views across the Deer Park. Then there's the Music Room, a spectacular setting for a celebration with far-reaching vistas across the estuary. The largest room in the castle, it can accommodate 140 for a ceremony or 120 for dinner; home to a recently refurbished organ and grand piano, and complete with a stunning dome that will take the magic of your first dance to new heights, it is a captivating space for a reception.
