Pretty in pink at Upton Barn & Walled Garden

Gracing the covers of last issue's Devon magazine, the At First Blush photo shoot takes in the rural idyll of Upton Barn & Walled Garden. Marrying together soft pinks and metallic touches for the prettiest of party scenes, the green spring colours are a bright and lush backdrop to the muted pink and soft grey palette. 

Beautiful blooms, trailing ribbons and hanging florals bring together a sensitively created prettiness, while an almost unfinished yet stylised edge comes from elements such as a vintage watering can filled with full peonies and gin bottles filled with wild flowers. 

The bride and groom are measured and graceful; a grey gown the ideal choice to complement her mass of red curls and delicate hair vine. An elegant pale pink cake with oversized florals, a bouquet of wild gathered flowers and the prettiest of stationery all point towards a shoot overflowing with the simplest of pleasures, styled to pretty perfection.
