A palette of barely-there pinks - carried in the bridesmaids' dresses and roses arranged with gypsophila and foliage - painted a pretty scene for the nuptials. Jenny wore a simple and stylish strapless dress and flowers in her hair; Richard, meanwhile, teamed his navy suit with pale pink accessories.
Arriving at Ocean Kave to blue skies, Jenny's entrance on her father's arm made for a standout moment, particularly for Richard. "Seeing Jenny for the first time in her dress and walking down the aisle was the highlight of the day for me," he says. "She looked so beautiful." Jenny shares this moment as her most cherished memory of the day. "Seeing Richard waiting for me, then hearing the lovely vows he wrote was wonderful," she remembers.
After the vows, everyone spilled out into the sunshine for bubbly and canapes before heading to the Sunset Rooms for a relaxed wedding breakfast of barbecued dishes, which was followed with a Devonshire feast of scones, local cheeses and biscuits in the evening.
Amidst the glow of candlelight, the twinkle of fairy lights and the murmur of the ocean, a gazebo made an enchanting setting for an outdoor blessing conducted by Jenny's grandma later in the evening. Guests then formed a spectacular sparkler arch for the couple's exit.
Entertainment came in the form of a selection of lawn games and a playlist of the couple's favourite floor fillers - but it couldn't compete with a mesmerising display from nature. "The sunset was amazing," reflects Jenny. "I also saw shooting stars that night which finished the day perfectly."
