With previous stints at The Carbis Bay Hotel, Rosewarne Manor and The Bay Restaurant at Hotel Penzance, Damien declined offers with Michelin starred establishments to join The Alverton as Sous in November 2013, being swiftly promoted to Head Chef in January 2014.
