Tablescapes featuring clear glassware, minimalist floral arrangements and tapered candles set the scene of understated elegance. Place settings with white linen napkins, silver flatware and chic grey-blue rimmed charger plates achieve a strikingly simple aesthetic, the crisp white tablecloths contrasting with the bare wooden chairs.
The tiered cake carries the colour scheme and incorporates intricate ruffle icing for a regal-like finish, while the stationery continues the modern minimalist theme through its monochrome design. The details are decidedly spare, allowing the architecture and plant-life to assume centre stage.
The wow factor doesn’t stop with the venue, as the bridal wear screams contemporary haute couture with a daring edge. A deep-plunging strapless gown with ruffled accents, side slit and sweeping floral embroidered skirt smacks of modern seduction, free-flowing locks accentuating the au naturel make-up. Then there’s the equally-as-enticing satin gown with deep V-neck and chic, bow-clad updo, later swapped for a screen siren scooped sweetheart with glamorous centre slit, high chignon and chapel-length veil. The groom’s debonair nut-brown three-piece is replaced with a suave black tux complete with boutonniere come evening, the couple dressed from day to night to voguish perfection.
