This year marks 10 years since my wedding. After a ceremony at my family church, my husband and I threw a festival-style wedding overlooking the sea, filled with colour, music, food and individual touches that made it so personal to us. As well as a celebration of our love, it really was a celebration of our loves and all the things that make us who we are, from our favourite drinks, cake flavours, tunes and colours to foods inspired by our heritage. And, 10 years on, I’m so glad we did it that way.
We’ve always been about breaking the ‘rules’ here at Wed and, in a county filled with brilliantly creative suppliers, stunning venues and epic locations, there’s plenty of inspiration for couples seeking to put their stamp on their weddings in this issue.
