Already boasting accommodation of 10 beautiful double bedrooms and serviced glamping tents on-site, Bridwell's latest development is the renovation of their Old Stables - 10 brand new ultra stylish and comfortable bedrooms that ooze comfort and sophistication.
The historic leaded windows, guilded clock tower, striking archways, ornamental ironworks and original stable doors remain, preserving the venue's charm, character and history while accentuating the relaxed grandeur of the house.
The interiors present bold colours and gorgeous soft furnishings teamed with eclectic artworks, modern glass doors, rain showers and walls clad in reclaimed timbers from Cornish barns. A heady but remarkably comfortable mix of the old and the new, all designed by Lord Ivar himself.
The Old Stables bedrooms are naturally divided in two by the fabric of the original building, with each collection of rooms named according to their position - The Park Suite and The Garden Suite. Like the house, the Old Stables' elevated position ensures the rooms afford unspoiled and ever changing views of Bridwell's glorious gardens and grounds season by season.
Each Suite has a collection of 4 brand new bedrooms and bathrooms, approached via an oak clad staircase, leading to a hallway with a homely dresser stocked with teas and coffee for guests.
